Collection: Fish Soup / Soupe de Poisson

My first ever illustrated recipe and also my best seller - it was with this design that I hatched the idea of my store cupboard of ingredients on individual lino cut printing blocks. These can be printed separately or combined in different ways to create full recipes. It was a while later when I developed the idea to put the cooking instructions on the packaging

This fish soup is a favourite family recipe from the Occitanie region of South West France. My great uncle and aunt moved to the region in the 1950s having previously run an inn in the Scottish borders,  this recipe was a speciality of their kitchen
