Collection: Scouse

Scouse is the traditional dish of Liverpool and why Liverpudlians are sometimes called Scousers - they are named after the dish not the other way around. A delicious simple stew of lamb and vegetables, cooked weekly to make the most of a smaller piece of meat. All the ingredients are illustrated on individual lino cut prints, also included is a view of the Liver building - iconic on the Liverpool skyline.
